When you join our digital-only service, we will send you a digital version of our Grow member book to get your lifestyle goals off to a flying start. You can purchase a physical book if you wish. ​
Check-in through our Grow app
You can check-in through the app on the day of your digital group. You'll enter your weight and how you're feeling about the week. We will ask you some questions to give you the best help and support. Then, join the digital group through Zoom before Inspire.
Feel Inspired at our weekly digital group
Our digital groups are powered by Zoom every Monday at 12:00 & 19:00. You don't have to have your camera on or speak during the digital group. Just log on and listen to the Inspire session to get all the hints and tips and get the support you need each week.
