Membership Fees
Digital membership is only available as a three-month option to help you reach your goals of becoming happier, healthier, fitter and slimmer. As a digital product, there is no cooling-off period. Visit our full terms below.
After the first three months
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the standard three-monthly rate (£60) every three months
*excluding joining fee of £15 for digital-only members.

Membership Agreement
Please sign below to confirm that you’re happy to become a member of Grow and that you’ve received and agree to the membership agreement terms (attached to this form).
By signing this membership agreement, you understand you are joining for a minimum of three months. After that period, you must give one month’s notice to cancel your membership, which may include pro-rata charges.
You have provided me and Grow with the personal information needed to deliver the best service and support promised, which may include personal information relating to your health. Grow will ensure your personal information is kept safely and securely and only used following Grow’s privacy policy.
