When you need a breakfast on the go these are perfect. You'll make thick and creamy overnight oats with yogurt for those busy mornings.

Power Foods™

  • 10 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt

  • 100g mixed berries fresh or frozen

Counted Ingredients

  • 30g porridge oats (115kcal)


Prepare your ingredients - make night before

1. In a jar or small bowl create layers of porridge oats, yoghurt and fruit

2. Once you've used all the ingredients cover and chill overnight in a fridge


3. In the morning, stir to mix everything together and top with more fruit
