100g mushrooms, diced into bite-size pieces
1 tsp Marmite®

2 slice wholemeal bread 400g loaf (110kcal)
40g light soft cheese (60kcal)
Prepare your ingredients
1. Heat a wide-based pan with a light mist of low-calorie cooking spray over a medium heat
2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 mins until softened
3. Remove the pan from the heat, add 2 tbsp of cold water and the Marmite® and give everything a good mix up
4. Put the bread in the toaster to toast
5. Reduce the heat and place the pan back on the stove on a lower heat, add the cheese and give everything a good mix up – these are your cheesy, Marmite® mushrooms
Once warmed through, serve the mushrooms over the toast
