If you love pancakes. then you'll love our fruity twist on a traditional omelette recipe. A guilt-free treat that's ZeroCountTM. Cracking.

Power Foods™

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp sweetener

  • 175g fat free natural yoghurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 50g mixed berries fresh or frozen

Prepare your ingredients

1. In a small bowl add the egg and 1/2 of the sweetener and whisk thoroughly - this is your omelette mixture

2. Heat a medium wide-based pan with a light mist of low-calorie cooking spray over a high heat and add the omelette mixture

3. Cook for 3-4 mins, or until the bottom is golden brown

4. Place the pan under the grill for another 3-4 mins or until the omelette is set 5. In a bowl add the yoghurt with the remaining sweetener and add the vanilla extract

To serve top the omelette on a plate with the fruit and yoghurt mix
