1 egg
1 orange, zest only

30g porridge oats (115kcal) 2 tsp chocolate orange syrup (40kcal)
Prepare your ingredients
Preheat the oven to 200 °c (fan 180 °C, gas mark 6) and prepare your ingredients
1. In a bowl add the oats, sweetener, egg, yoghurt, orange zest and 1 tsp of the choc shot and give everything a good mix up - this is your oats mixture
2. Add the mixture to a small ovenproof dish and bake in the oven for 35 minutes, or until browned - these are your baked oats
To serve drizzle the remaining choc shot over the oats and enjoy!
