  • 2 eggs

Counted Ingredients

  • 1 slice wholemeal bread 400g loaf

  • (55kcal)

  • 1 tsp reduced-fat spread (20kcal)

Prepare your ingredients

1. Bring a small saucepan of water to the boil

Once boiling, gently lower the eggs into the water with a spoon

Runny yolk cook for 5 mins

Hard yolk cook for10 mins

2. Put your bread into a toaster and toast

3.Once toasted add the reduced-fat spread over the toast and cut into strips - these are your soldiers

4. Once your eggs are cooked, place in egg cups, slice off the tops and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper

Serve with the soldiers for dipping
