ALL DAY BRUNCH SANDWICH

If you can't decide on breakfast or brunch then this twist is for you. You'll load chips. crispy bacon and sausage between wholemeal bread.

Power Foods™

  • 1 egg

  • 200g potatoes skins on and cut into chips

  • 2 bacon medallions

Counted Ingredients

  • 2 reduced calorie sausages (160kcal)

  • 2 medium slices wholemeal 400g loaf (110kcal)




Prepare your ingredients

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (180 °C fan, gas mark 6) and prepare your ingredients

1. Rinse your chips until the water runs clear, then pat them dry with a kitchen towel and put them to one side

2. Lay the chips onto a baking tray, spray a generous amount of low-calorie cooking spray - these are your chips Put both the tray and oven proof dish in the oven for 25-35 mins

3. On a second baking tray add the bacon and sausages and place into the oven for 20 mins until golden

4. Heat a medium, wide-based pan with a generous amount of low-calorie cooking spray over a medium heat

Add the egg and cook to your liking

To assemble your sandwich, grab one slice of the wholemeal bread, stack with chips, sausage, bacon, egg and top with the remaining slice of wholemeal to sandwich
