We’re absolutely delighted to introduce our brand new Lifestyle Coach, Lynne!

 

Many of you will already know Lynne from her previous work helping people lose weight and supporting them on their way to becoming happier, healthier, fitter and slimmer.

 

Bringing Lynne on board is such an exciting step for us. Since joining Grow in 2024, she’s embraced everything we stand for and has been genuinely blown away by the Everyday Balance food plan.

 

We’re so pleased to share that Lynne will be launching a brand new Monday evening group in Merthyr Tydfil this September.
